*These weekly reflections are just a personal accountability thing for myself (Mr.Shift) to keep consistent with my weekly reflections of how the week went, and what I can do to improve. This is mainly to help me develop the habits I want to keep improving week by week moving forward.
I am deciding to do a weekly journal for myself and post as a system for self accountability. In these weekly reflections I will cover:
- Direction – where I am headed and how my I’ve moved forward from last week.
- Progress – what I’ve accomplished and new perspectives
- System – I am trying to develop new habits and a better system to increase my chances of success
